Your initial payment will be the number of classes remaining in the joining month. You are not charged for any classes that have already taken place. 

The £54 deposit is held on your account and used to cover your swimmer’s final four weeks of lessons when you decide to leave the programme.

 To stop the payment due on the 1st of the month, cancellation requests must be submitted by the 25th of the previous month. 

Cancellation requests submitted after the 25th will not stop the upcoming payment on the 1st. 

That payment will cover the lessons of that month, and your deposit will then be used to cover your final 4 weeks of classes after that.

 To submit a cancellation request:

• Log into your account 
• Go to Account 
• Select the student 
• Click Enrolments, then Drop 
• Include your reason for cancellation and submit the request 
• 
  

Your deposit is non-refundable and is used to cover the final 4 weeks of lessons. 

Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your final lesson date.

All make-up tokens must be used prior to the booking ending.
